Pioneer Orchestra Camp 2018

Pre-Camp Meeting: Sunday, August 5th, exact times for meetings will be between 6:30-9:00pm at Pioneer.

Camp Dates:  August 7-13, 2018

Camp Cost: $395

Camp Scholarship Application  (Deadline May 5)  GO HERE     

Please complete the scholarship application by May 5th at 11:59p. You will receive notice of receipt of a scholarship within a week of your application.

Camp Registration (April 15- May 15)   

Step 1. Read the Pioneer Orchestra Camp 2018 Bulletin No. 1  GO HERE

Step 2. Complete the Online Registration Form (between April 15-May 15)   GO HERE

Step 3. Complete and turn in the following (By June 1st)

 

a. District Camp Health Form  DOCTOR SIGNATURE REQUIRED
b. AAPS Field Trip Consent Form for Camp
c. Submit a photocopy of BOTH sides of your health insurance card. OR complete the non- insured form.
d. Submit payment in full ($395), partial ($200), or contact Mr. Glawe to arrange a payment plan.  Checks payable to "POPS".
