Pre-Camp Meeting: Sunday, August 5th, time will be between 6:30-8:30pm at Pioneer

Camp Dates:  August 7-13, 2018

Camp Scholarship Application  (Deadline May 5)  GO HERE     

Please complete the scholarship application by Friday, May 5th at 11:59p. You will receive notice of receipt of a scholarship within a week of your application.

Camp Registration (April 15- May 15)   

Step 1. Read the Pioneer Orchestra Camp 2018 Bulletin No. 1  GO HERE

Step 2. Complete the Online Registration Form (By)   GO HERE

Step 3. Complete and turn in the following (By)

  1. Submit payment for camp (Full $395/ 1/2 payment of $200) Check made out to "POPS"

Step 4. Complete and turn in the following (By)

  1. Over The Counter Medication Form --- REQUIRED WITH DOCTOR AND PARENT SIGNATURE
  2.   AAPS Medical Form   --- REQUIRED WITH DOCTOR AND PARENT SIGNATURE
  3. Camp Consent Form --- REQUIRED WITH PARENT SIGNATURE
  4. Non- Insured Student Form --- Required ONLY for students who do not have medical insurance
  5. Provide a copy of your health insurance card (front and back)
