Welcome Pioneer Orchestra Community!
We are thrilled that you are considering attending camp this August 6-12, 2024. Pioneer Orchestra Camp is a great way for a new student to get to know students from every grade and ensemble, in an environment that is nurturing, supportive, and challenging. Returning students have the chance to renew old friendships and develop new ones!
If you have not yet done so, familiarize yourself with Orchestra Camp Bulletin 1. Then, go on to the registration steps below.
HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form HERE
Deadline for Registration: May 15, 2024
Note: Completing this step holds your place until May 15, at which point missing forms or payment (step 2 and 3) may result in losing your camp spot.
Step 2: AAPS Parent Notification & Consent Form DOWNLOAD HERE

Download, complete, sign and upload it to the Orchestra Camp Loading Dock. Please ensure all signatures are very clear, on the appropriate line, and that the scan or photo you upload is easily readable. Thank you in advance!
STEP 3: Fee, Camp Deposit and Payment Options
Deadline for First Payment: May 15, 2024
The Orchestra Camp fee includes: bus transportation to-and-from Interlochen, t-shirt, staff, lodging, meals, and evening activities. Please either pay in full or submit a deposit at the time of registration, with the balance of fees due August 1, 2024. Payment can be made via SQUARE or CHECK, as detailed below:

Please make checks payable to POPS and include “Orchestra Camp” and your child’s name in the memo. Mail to: Jonathan Glawe-Orchestra Camp/Pioneer High School/ 601 W Stadium Blvd/ Ann Arbor, Mi 48103.
VIA the POPS SQUARE SITE -$565 (includes transaction fee)
You can make a payment in full at the time of registration, or you can make a deposit and payment your balance by August 1st. Additional payment increments are available on the Square site for consideration if needed.
Note: If you request a scholarship in your registration (you will see the request option later on in this form), you will be provided with that scholarship total within a week of your registration, and you can make a deposit of your comfort level at that time.
Step 4: Health Form & Health Insurance Card
Deadline: June 1, 2024
Download, complete, sign, and have the student's doctor sign the AAPS Health Form.
Copy both sides of your health insurance card.
Upload these to the Orchestra Camp Loading Dock.
Optional Items:
If you anticipate bringing medications with you to Orchestra Camp, please submit the Medication Schedule Form.
If applicable, please submit the Food Allergy Plan Form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: AAPS requires a physician’s signature on p.2 of EVERY health form, regardless of if the student is bringing any medication to camp. Other health forms, such as MHSSA, are not accepted by AAPS for this camp.
